Session details
Pool-based sessions

Our pool based swim sessions are run every Monday and Friday from October right through to the end of June.

Monday swim sessions:  The session stop for the Summer 24 Jun 19 and restart 7 Oct 19.  They are lead by the club’s British Triathlon level 3 coach Henry Walker.  These coached sessions are tailored to intermediate or advanced swimmers. If you have already competed in triathlon or swim events and can swim 400m front crawl without stopping these sessions are for you. They build on the Friday coached sessions covering technique and skills to make you a more effective swimmer. Please bring your own swimming apparatus as equipment will not be provided at these sessions.

Venue: Malvern Splash Leisure Complex, Priory Road, Malvern, WR14 3DS. Time: 19:00-20:00. Cost: £3 members, £6 non-members, £5 non-members but who have Freedom Leisure membership.

Friday swim sessions: These coached sessions are open to all. They stop for the Summer 21 Jun 19 and restart 3 Oct 19.  From those new to swimming front crawl, to those looking to improve their technique. The minimum ability is to be able to swim 50m of front crawl without stopping. The reason we solely focus on front crawl technique is because this is the stroke primailiry used for triathlon. Whether you are looking to improve your fitness, technique, or both, we can accommodate your needs and help you progress. We provide all swimming apparatus for you to use during each session, however, please feel free to bring your own.

Venue: Malvern St James Sports Centre, 33 Barnards Green Road, Malvern, WR14 3LH. Time: 19:15-20:15. Cost: £3 members, £6 non-members

Members are also invited to join Milestone Swimming Club for term-time swimming (Wednesdays at 19:00, Sundays at 18:30. £6 per session). Experienced ASA Swim Coach and club Chair Sarah Williams can also help non-swimmers learn to swim.
