Session details

These weekly coached running sessions are held every Tuesday evening at 19:00 and last an hour.  A typical session has 15 min of warm up, a 30min main session and then a 15 min warm down.  Each session has a plan and all the sessions are aimed at improving your running technique and endurance. These sessions are open to all abilities and the detail of each session is normally published on our Facebook page a few days before each session.

From 4 December we will meet opposite Screwfix, 8&9 Malvern Business Park, Betony Road, Malvern WR14 1GS at 19:00. Please remember to wear your high viz clothing to all run sessions.

Social Winter Runs

This is a five run series starting Sunday 21 October – Sunday 17 February. Starting at 09:30 on the third Sunday of each month (except December which is Sunday 9 December), at Malvern College, these runs are a self-timed time trail over a consistent 5k or 10k route. Coffee and cake afterwards at Starbucks inside The College. Please note these sessions are NOT coached sessions.
