Lead by Youth Head Coach Stewart Whitehead and his team of coaches, the bike/run/fun sessions are held fortnightly on Thursdays 18:30-19:30 at Malvern Cube and are open to all abilities. We aim to provide skills-based training where children learn new skills and techniques for cycling, running and transition through fun activities delivered in a safe environment.

For Autumn and Winter we are holding our run/bike/fun sessions at Malvern Cube. Depending on weather the sessions will either be run outdoors or indoors. These sessions will build your FUNDEMENTAL skills which will develop into key movement that you will need to build good swimming, cycling and running form. All sessions are run to be fun while learning the skills needed to take part in triathlon.
